Internship - Private Equity Italy - September 2026

Missions:You will be a support to the Private Equity team in evaluating, filtering, executing and monitoring of Private Equity transactions. Main tasks include:Studying and analysing activity, market, positioning and financial performance of target companies;Updating financial models and presentations;Supporting the drafting of investment committee memo;Supporting the monitoring of portfolio companies, drafting periodical reports and analyses.
