Position Overview
DutiesMust be able to be physically present regularly (2 days a week at minimum!) on the UTM campus to lead weekly labs/tutorials, office hours, meetings with the instructor, etc. Applicants must explicitly indicate their in-person availability, not remote availability in the application system. Applicants who do not meet these availability requirements will not be considered. Leading weekly tutorials and Q&A session. Grading assignments. Holding weekly office hours. Monitoring online discussion board and answering emails. Minimum Qualifications Extensive knowledge in robotics, particularly state estimation, filtering, and control (Kalman Filters, Particle Filters, Simultaneous Localization and Mapping, Linear Quadratic Regulators). Experience in ROS is recommended, but not required. Excellent background in Python (and preferably C++).
