Position Overview
Purpose of the role
Ivanhoe Marketing is a newly established Commodity marketing, Sales and Logistics entity within the Ivanhoe Group of Companies. The purpose of this position is to contribute to the complete inventory of bags and stock flows, by monitoring on time receiving and dispatching of bags, both from Mine till shipped on board and ultimately creating an accurate on time stock inventory.
Experience required
- Minimum Qualification National Senior Certificate (matric) relevant qualification advantageous
- 2-3 years experience in similar role
- Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced)
- Experience in Commodity Stock Control is an advantage.
- Experience coordinating with transporters, clearing agents, and port operations would be advantageous.
- Knowledge of the logistics industry
