Inventory Coordinator

The Inventory Coordinator plays a key role in supporting accurate, efficient inventory operations within a contract logistics environment. They are responsible for executing daily inventory tasks, performing investigations, and maintaining data integrity across warehouse systems. They work closely with warehouse operations, customer service, and site leadership to ensure inventory accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and support continuous improvement.
Compensation: $23 per hour
Schedule: Monday- Friday 8:30am-5pm, may vary





Responsibilities
+ Execute daily inventory control activities within a warehouse or 3PL environment.
+ Perform cycle counts, recounts, audits, and reconciliation tasks across assigned inventory areas.
+ Research inventory discrepancies using WMS tools, physical verification, and supporting documentation.
