IR Consultant position for a client in Cape Town. Location: Somerset East, South Africa.

Responsibilities Handle dismissal procedures, conciliation and arbitrations. Draft policies and procedures. Represent at the CCMA and Bargaining Councils (Conciliation and Arbitration). Qualifications Minimum: Degree in Human Resource Management or Industrial Psychology, LLB or related field. Advantageous: Relevant postgraduate qualification.
