Role Overview

JamLoop is seeking a Head of IT & DevSecOps to lead and evolve our internal IT function while driving infrastructure efficiency, cloud cost optimization, and company‑wide security improvements. This is a hands‑on technical leadership role for someone who can operate strategically and tactically: owning corporate IT, improving the employee technology experience, strengthening our security posture, and partnering with engineering to modernize AWS infrastructure for reliability, scalability, and cost savings.
