Job Scope

  • Servers: system administration and configuration, batch processing and job scheduling, current security standards implementation, hardware monitoring, regular patching of supported systems, remediating discovered issues, and lifecycle support.
  • Local network/Wi‑Fi: physical device installation and logical connectivity support (e.g., port to VLAN changes), participation in new design, coordination of installation and changes of network, device lifecycle, participation in network issues troubleshooting, support in firmware upgrades.
  • Storage: Coordinate and educate location on new standard storage solutions including lifecycle and break fix. Verify with team if we actively create share drives/folders.
  • Data center: hardware installation and cabling, accompany external personnel (e.g., for installations), infrastructure monitoring, MiConDis assessment and support in compliance assurance, approve access to DC....
