Position Overview
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintains an in-depth and current knowledge of the Stoughton Trailer business processes as well as industry best practices.
- Provides leadership and support to a cross-functional team of key stakeholders in the business, responsible for process execution.
- Performs analysis and investigation into root cause of problems and proposes solutions.
- Prepares detailed functional specification based on business requirements and as necessary assists with technical design specifications.
- Monitors requests for add, change, or delete of functionality within a process.
- Monitors process adherence and consults with the process owner and end user for issue resolution.
- Supports and enhances Syteline with a continued focus on process improvement to meet business case goals.
- Participates in system upgrades and new business implementations.
