Position Overview
REQUIRED LEARNING
KEY JOB OUTPUTS
- Grade 12
- CommScope certification (covering Cable brand Molex & Krone)
- Cabling certification Maxxim and/or Molex
- FOA certificate (Fibre splicing)
- Computer Literate Microsoft Outlook/Word/Excel (Essential)
- A+ and N+ certification would be advantageous
- VOIP experience would be advantageous
- Minimum of 5 years Cable technician experience would be advantageous
- Must have own vehicle (must be open to travelling to various client sites)
- Must have valid SA drivers license
- Must be in good health
- Must be willing to work overtime & weekends (from time to time)
KEY JOB OUTPUTS
- Manage the business relationship with the client to ensure mutual trust & open communication
- Takes service calls and performs specific assignments as directed by the Call Planners
