Position Overview
Executive IT Desktop Support Specialist (DSS)
- Have at least a Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent in a relevant discipline, or a higher degree.
- Familiar with Level Support and its escalation, and providing incident reports or other reporting on a timing matter on both hardware and software.
- Have at least 4+ years of experience supporting desktop, laptops, mobile devices, networks, scanners, printers, or other peripherals.
- Able to handle and resolve computer hardware and software incidents and requests.
- Able to install, troubleshoot, and support computer hardware and software, including desktop computers, laptops, mobile devices, monitors, keyboards, printers, and scanners.
- Experience with troubleshooting Windows 7, Windows 10, SharePoint, Microsoft software, iOS, VDI, VPN, networking, scanners, printers, and other peripherals is a plus.
