IT Endpoint Field Service Engineer

We're currently recruiting for an experienced IT Endpoint Field Service Engineer to support a growing laboratory network across Hertfordshire and West Essex. This is a hands-on, field-based role with a strong focus on hardware support, troubleshooting, and site-based IT service delivery.

The Role

You'll be responsible for providing onsite IT support across a hub laboratory in Watford and multiple spoke sites, ensuring endpoint systems and hardware are running efficiently.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing desktop and endpoint support across multiple sites
• Deploying, configuring, and maintaining IT hardware (PCs, laptops, printers, mobile devices)
• Diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues
• Supporting upgrades, repairs, and ongoing maintenance
• Carrying out regular site visits and responding to support requests
