Position Overview

  • Manage and support daily IT infrastructure operations , including servers, storage systems, virtualization platforms, network infrastructure (LAN/WAN/Wi‑Fi), and end‑user computing devices.
  • Install, configure, administer, and troubleshoot server hardware, operating systems, storage solutions, firewalls, switches, routers, VPNs, and network services to ensure optimal performance and availability.
  • Support IT infrastructure projects , including system implementation, upgrades and migrations.
  • Perform preventive maintenance, health checks, capacity planning, and performance monitoring for servers, storage, network devices, and security systems.
  • Implement and maintain cybersecurity controls , including endpoint protection, firewall policies, vulnerability management, access control, backup monitoring, and incident response activities.
