What are my responsibilities?
You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of services included in the Global Network and Datacenter portfolio at Yunex Traffic

Act as a key point of contact for business stakeholders, with a strong focus on delivering high levels of user satisfaction

Manage relationships between Yunex IT and service providers, ensuring effective handling of incidents, problems, and escalations

Take ownership of service-related financials, including budgeting, cost control, and forecasting
