IT Officer/IT Support Specialist

Qualifications:

• National Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or Related Field
• Strong MS SQL Server Skills
• Advanced Excel Skills
• Programming Skills (VBA, C#, ASP, NET, Phyton)
• Minimum 5-8 Years' experience in IT Support or IT Administration Role
• Experience within a Manufacturing, Production, Warehouse or FMCG Industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows & Microsoft 365
• Knowledge of Printers, CCTV Systems, Biometric Systems & Access Control
• Experience supporting Windows Operating Systems & Microsoft Office 365
• Knowledge of Networking Principles, Routers, Switches & Wireless Systems
• Hardware Troubleshooting & Software Installations experience
• Exposure to Cybersecurity Practices & Data Protection Principles
