Position Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Submit and track IT service requests via ITSM tools on behalf of support teams or clients, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
- Monitor and update records of clean laptops and other IT devices available for deployment.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments for IT-related activities.
- Maintain accurate inventory of IT assets in the storeroom.
- Assist with additional administrative tasks to support overall IT operations.
