IT PC Specialist II

Responsibility:

 Provide day‑to‑day technical support for computers, printers, and IT hardware within the factory.

Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and related peripherals.

Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for end‑users in a timely and efficient manner.

Support and maintain the internal network infrastructure, including switches, routers, Wi‑Fi systems, and network cabling.

Monitor and provide basic support for local servers, storage, and backup systems.

Maintain and provide first‑line support for the CCTV system (both hardware and software).

Administer, maintain, and troubleshoot the internal telephone/PABX system.
