The House of Commons’ Digital Services and Real Property is currently looking to staff the IT Product Delivery Operations Junior Analyst position.


This position requires on-site presence five (5) days per week. 

As an IT Product Delivery Operations Junior Analyst, you will contribute to the delivery, administration and ongoing support of Identity and Access Management (IAM) services within a complex enterprise environment. Working under technical guidance, you will support the operation of Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365 and Exchange environments, helping ensure secure and reliable access to technology services. You will participate in access provisioning, incident and service request management, deployment activities, operational maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives that contribute to the stability, security and overall health of IAM services.
