IT Program Lead

Hiring: Delivery / Program Leader – GCC Setup & Scaling | Bengaluru (India)

We are looking for an experienced Delivery / Program Leader to drive the ramp-up and operations of IT teams within a Global Capability Center (GCC) in India.

Must-have: Proven experience in setting up or scaling a GCC and leading global delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the ramp-up of IT teams in India, working closely with global stakeholders and leadership
- Own program governance, performance tracking, and leadership dashboards
- Manage end-to-end delivery, operations, KPIs/SLAs, and financial governance
- Identify process & ramp-up gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Build, scale, and mentor high-performing teams, fostering accountability and innovation
