BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor´s degree in Engineering in Communication Sciences or similar, master's degree is a plus
• +6 years of experience in the manufacturing industry and/or 4 years of experience in the medical industry
• Advanced level of English (reading, writing and speaking)
• Proven experience in IT project management, preferably within the medical device or healthcare industry
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Expertise in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, etc.)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
