IT Scrum Master

VAM Systems is currently looking for  IT Scrum Master for our UAE operations with the following skillsets & terms and conditions:

Qualification:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Business or related field preferred

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM I) required

Advanced certifications such as Advanced CSM (A-CSM) PSM II or PSM III highly preferred

Experience:

3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar agile role

Experience working with project teams in an IT environment

Proven track record of successfully facilitating Scrum for multiple teams

Knowledge and skills:

Strong understanding of Scrum framework agile principles and values.

Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and technical practices.
