Position Overview
Jobtailor is seeking an IT support specialist to join our team in Switzerland. You will provide 1st to 3rd level support by phone, remote access or ticketing system, and deliver fast, sustainable solutions.
You will troubleshoot hardware, software, networks and printers, monitor performance, and maintain clear, friendly communication with customers. Fluency in German and English is required; French is a plus. A B-class license and strong teamwork complete the profile.
