IT Support Engineer

• Helpdesk Support Engineer (Remote)
• Onsite IT Engineer (Server)
• Roaming IT Engineer (Islandwide)

Successful candidates will be considered for the most suitable role based on their experience, technical skills and business requirements.

• Provide remote technical support via phone, email, or remote access tools.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Manage support tickets and escalate complex incidents where necessary.

• Provide onsite technical support for end-user devices and IT equipment.
• Perform installations, configurations, and troubleshooting.
