Key Responsibilities
  • IT Asset & Lifecycle Management
  • End-to-End Asset Tracking: Manage inventory for all user devices (laptops, desktops, printers, IP telephones), shared devices, and branch-specific hardware. Accountable for all IT assets.
  • Procurement & Disposal: Assist in hardware procurement selection and manage secure disposal in compliance with data sanitization standards.
  • User & Service Management: Onboarding/Offboarding – IT provisioning for new hires and asset recovery for resignees.
  • Shared Services: Oversee printer user management and physical access system, including access rights and usage tracking.
  • ITSM & Incident Governance
  • Service Desk Excellence: Act as an escalation point for service requests, incidents, and change requests within the ITSM tool.
