We are seeking a hands-on IT Systems Support Specialist to support day-to-day infrastructure operations, troubleshooting, and system maintenance in a fast-paced environment. Requirements
3–4 years of experience in IT support, systems support, or a related role
Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and basic networking
Familiarity with Microsoft environments (Windows, Office 365, Active Directory, etc.)
Exposure to virtualization technologies (VMware, Citrix, or similar)
Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, VPNs, routing, switching)
Experience working with a ticketing system
Strong communication skills and ability to support non-technical users
