Position Overview

Help Desk Intern

Supports the IT team in delivering first‑level technical assistance to end users across the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver first‑level technical assistance to end users.
  • Ensure timely resolution or escalation of IT‑related incidents or requests.
  • Manage IT assets, software licenses, maintenance and inventory list.
  • Support deployment and configuration of the system using third‑party tools (laptop, desktop, MacOS).
  • Perform hardware replacement – laptop battery, RAM change, hard‑disk change, etc.
  • Provide support for IT infrastructure such as printer, CCTV, biometric access, face recognition, Wi‑Fi controllers, IP and cloud telephony systems.
  • Participate in ad‑hoc IT project deployment (migration, new anti‑virus software installation, equipment change, server patching, etc.).
  • Other duties as assigned.
