Join our team as an IT Support Specialist focused on Desktop Services. Manage inventory and deliver Tier 3 support while collaborating across departments to resolve tech issues.

We seek a self-motivated service-oriented professional with a solid background in advanced Windows 11 and Office/O365 support. In this role, you'll handle inventory management processes as well as manage critical helpdesk requests. Your attention to detail and effective communication will be key in addressing technical requirements and support inquiries.
