Description

BCIC Swiss GmbH | Best Connect International Company is looking for a (Scheduled visit |on-site) IT Support Specialist in Switzerland .

Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Diagnose and resolve incidents escalated from Level 1 support.
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
  • Troubleshoot Windows, macOS, and Microsoft 365 environments.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and groups in Active Directory and Azure AD.
  • Configure and support printers, scanners, VPNs, and other endpoint devices.
  • Perform software installations, upgrades, patches, and system updates.
  • Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, and wireless connectivity issues.
