IT Support Specialist — Zoho & User Helpdesk

NMG Benefits is seeking an IT Support Specialist in Johannesburg to provide first-line support in the Zoho ecosystem. You will manage user queries, ensure timely resolution of system issues, and act as the liaison with Zoho support for escalated incidents.

The ideal candidate has 1-3 years of IT or application support experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and excellent communication abilities. In this role, you'll handle support tickets, assist user training, and maintain user documentation.
