IT Systems Engineer – IAM, SaaS & Security

Defense Unicorns is seeking an experienced IT operations professional to administer core IT systems, including MDM, Google Workspace, and identity tooling. You will lead SaaS rollouts, automation of onboarding/offboarding, and endpoint compliance initiatives while providing Tier 2/3 helpdesk escalation.

You will manage endpoint lifecycles, SaaS provisioning workflows, and access reviews, implementing security controls per NIST SP 800-171 and contributing to documentation and process improvements.
