Job Description

The CTO APAC ITAM Delivery Manager is responsible for overseeing the end‑to‑end delivery, execution, and governance of IT Asset Management services across the organization. This role ensures that ITAM processes, controls, and service commitments are consistently met, while driving operational excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement. The ITAM Delivery Manager acts as the primary point of accountability for service performance, stakeholder alignment, and cross‑functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Service Delivery & Operations: Lead and manage the day‑to‑day delivery of ITAM services, ensuring adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and compliance requirements; oversee the full lifecycle of IT assets (hardware, software, EUC and NON‑EUC assets), ensuring accurate tracking, documentation, and reporting; ensure timely execution of asset‑related activities such as procurement, deployment, recovery, disposal, and reconciliation; monitor ser...
