This role demands strong expertise on Java platforms, prior experience in leading AMS projects, team leadership capabilities and effective communication with all stakeholders like clients and cross-functional teams. The candidate should be a quick learner and should not limit themselves to one platform and should learn other related technologies as per project needs.
