- Sales Manager – High-End & High-Rise Residential Project
- Senior Marketing Manager – High-End Township & High-Rise Project
- Senior Sales & Marketing Manager – Industrial Park Project

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Marketing Leadership
- Lead, manage, and motivate sales/marketing team members and appointed real estate agents.
- Provide training and project briefings to sales staff and agents.
- Manage day-to-day sales and marketing team activities.
- Maintain accurate, well-organized sales and marketing records.
