Position Overview

We are currently recruiting for an experienced JLR Diagnostic Technician to join a busy automotive operation in Brighouse. This is a specialist role working on Jaguar Land Rover vehicles, carrying out advanced diagnostics, fault finding, repairs, and system updates to manufacturer standards.


The Role:


As a JLR Diagnostic Technician, your responsibilities will include:

  • Diagnosing complex electrical, mechanical, and software faults

  • Using JLR diagnostic systems, including TOPIx

  • Carrying out advanced repairs on mechanical, electrical, hybrid, and EV systems

  • Completing module programming, coding, and software updates

  • Following JLR repair methods, technical bulletins, and manufacturer procedures

  • Completing accurate job cards, diagnostic reports, and repair documentation

  • Managing diagnostic workloads and prioritising repairs effectively
