Forklift Operator Responsibilities

• Operate all material handling equipment (MHE) safely and efficiently while meeting productivity and quality expectations and standards.
• Ensure all loads are properly secured to the pallet and place/retrieve cartons from the racking as per the standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Must have a valid forklift certification for Order Picker, Crown Reach, and Walkie forklift.
• Good verbal communication skills in English required.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work at heights within our multi-level pick tower structure.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
