What You’ll Do:

Assist with preventative maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, including rooftop AC units, chillers, humidifiers, boilers, and process cooling water systems

Follow written work orders, sketches, and verbal instructions while ensuring compliance with building and safety codes

Perform basic plumbing tasks such as clearing clogged drains, replacing fixtures, servicing flushometers, and maintaining restroom equipment

Support facility operations by escorting third-party vendors working in controlled areas
