Position Overview

Nature and aim of the position

Reporting to the Finance & Admin Manager, this position includes

responsibility to ensure appropriate allocate all financial and accounting related

operations as well as to ensure compliance with group and local policies and accurate

reporting of the company’s financial position to Global Blue Management.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Full Accounting management
  • Preparing the monthly deviation comments
  • Account analysis
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Monthly income tax and payment
  • Monthly withholding tax declarations and payment
  • Monthly social and retirement contributions declarations
  • Payroll preparation and related accounting entries posting
  • Calculation of Severance indemnities and salary simulations
  • Annual professional tax declarations
  • Monthly Intercompany reconciliations
