Our client seeks a Junior Business and Systems Analyst to join their newly formalised Bus & Sys Ops department. Your mission: be the frontline resource for system stability, process integrity, and data accuracy across their core applications (ERP, CRM, E-commerce). This is a high-impact, foundational role for someone ready to help transform institutional knowledge into scalable systems and enable their exponential growth.

Duties

• System Support: First point of contact for day-to-day system issues; monitor performance, data flows, and integrations.
