Join our growing Real Estate Finance team as a Junior Analyst supporting the Contract Administration process in the core of Siemens Energy Real Estate.
This role involves working closely with Country, Hub and Central FIN organizations.
You will work with real estate colleagues across the world and make a significant contribution to the development of the global real estate organization.
**How You'll Make an Impact**
- Administer external and internal contracts in the internal space and contract management system
- Perform the internal administration associated with internal occupancy
- Monitor and record changes in occupancy across all sites
- Provide data and validate all transfer of data to subsequent reporting systems (SAP, IFRS16 Tool, etc.)
- Answer queries on standard data raised by Country BAs.
- Maintain effective communication within department and extended SE RE organization
