Position Overview
Minimum requirements for the role:
- Must be a qualified UAS Maintenance Technician (UASMT) or have an equivalent technical qualification
- Relevant experience in drone maintenance, aviation systems, electronics, mechatronics, RC aircraft systems, or related technical fields
- Exposure to agricultural drone systems or autonomous aviation technologies would be advantageous
- Must have an understanding of drone maintenance procedures, troubleshooting methodologies, and technical repair processes
- Working knowledge of SACAA regulations, Part 101 requirements, and UAS operational safety standards
- Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to interpret technical manuals, service documentation, and maintenance procedures
- Good computer literacy and ability to work with digital maintenance management systems
