The role involves collaborating closely with the content, design, and marketing teams to deliver visually powerful stories that resonate with youth culture.

● You love turning raw footage into sleek, engaging, thumb-stopping content

● You understand what works on Instagram, YouTube, and D2C ads

● You’re comfortable editing everything from fast cuts to emotion-led narratives

● You have a solid grasp of brand tone, music, type, and transitions

● You can work under tight timelines without compromising quality

● You’re collaborative, organized, and great at taking feedback
