**Summary:**
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Estimator to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent engineering graduate, EIT, or Engineering Technologist looking to build a career in industrial construction and estimating.
**Key Responsibilities:**
**Estimating & Quantity Takeoffs**
+ Review RFQs, drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
+ Perform material takeoffs and prepare cost estimates.
+ Identify scope gaps, risks, exclusions, and clarifications.
+ Assist with estimate reviews and pricing evaluations.
**Supplier & Subcontractor Coordination**
+ Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations.
+ Follow up on pricing and technical information requests.
