Junior & Mid-Level Patent Litigation Associate Muliple locations

Our client is seeking Junior and Mid-Level Patent Litigation Associates to join its nationally recognized patent litigation practice. Silicon Valley, New York, Washington D.C., Seattle, San Francisco, or Santa Monica

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Support all phases of patent litigation matters in federal courts

- Draft motions, briefs, pleadings, and legal memoranda

- Conduct legal research and case analysis

- Participate in discovery, depositions, hearings, and trial preparation

- Support claim construction and patent validity analysis

- Assist with post-grant proceedings before the Patent Office

- Support disputes involving software, hardware, AI, semiconductor, biotech, pharma, and life sciences

QUALIFICATIONS:

- 1-6 years of patent litigation experience

- Experience supporting patent litigation matters in federal court

- Strong legal research and writing skills
