K9 Assistant Manager - Protective Security Operations

Wynn Al Marjan Island is looking for a skilled K9 Assistant Manager to join our Security team.

The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:

• Assist in implementing K9 program policies and procedures.
• Coordinate training schedules, certifications, and recertifications for dogs and handlers.
• Mediate employee concerns and resolve conflicts professionally.
• Provide objective feedback, guidance, and learning opportunities to develop team abilities.
• Recognize and mentor performance, motivating others toward shared goals.
• Communicate clearly and concisely, tailoring messages to the audience.
• Evaluate conditions and events, identify problems and base decisions on sound reasoning.
• Monitor inventory of K9 equipment and supplies, ensuring timely replenishment.
• Coordinate daily K9 operations including deployment schedules and resource allocation.
