Position Overview

Job Responsibilities

  1. Sales & Revenue Generation. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within Electric Cooperatives and Private DUs. Lead bid submissions, proposals, and contract negotiations while ensuring compliance with company standards and policies.

  2. Account & Relationship Management. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers in the Region. Build and maintain strong relationships with General Managers, Procurement Officers, Technical Heads, Bids and Awards Committee Chairman and other key stakeholders in Electric Cooperatives and Private Distribution Utilities. Address customer concerns and ensure timely resolution of issues to sustain high customer satisfaction.
