Position Overview

Job Purpose

We are looking for a Key Accounts Manager to own the end-to-end relationship and execution pipeline for leads generated through a key banking partner. This role would require one to act as the central point of accountability between the bank's relationship managers, internal deal teams, and the client.​

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Track and manage every lead generated from the partner bank from intake to close ​
  • Push and coordinate internal deal managers to ensure timely execution on each lead ​
  • Act as primary relationship manager to clients sourced through the partnership — maintain regular contact and follow-up ​
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with relationship managers on the bankside; serve as the go-to liaison ​
