Job Description

Role Purpose

The Head of Key User Management leads and grows the Key User business with corporate, industrial, and professional customers who rely on productivity, safety, and total cost of ownership improvements.
This role owns the strategy, performance, and team driving solution-based selling across industries such as Industrial Assembly, Manufacturing, Construction, and Metal Working , positioning the company as a long-term productivity partner rather than a tools supplier.
