Kids Club Manager

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Kids Club Manager to join our team at Rixos Bab Al Bahr. As the Kids Club Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our children's recreational facility, ensuring a safe, fun, and educational environment for our young guests.

• Lead and supervise a team of childcare professionals, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
• Develop and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities and programs for children. 
• Ensure strict adherence to all health, safety, and child protection protocols
• Manage the Kids Club budget, including purchasing supplies and equipment
• Maintain accurate records, including attendance, emergency contact information, and incident reports
