Platter Up is a growing corporate catering company based in Bethnal Green, delivering high-quality food and exceptional service across London events and corporate catering.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily kitchen operations and lead, motivate kitchen team.
• Cook and prepare high-quality fresh food.
• Maintain food hygiene and health & safety standards using Food Alert.
• Manage stock control, rota, ordering and supplier management.
• Assist with menu planning and event preparation.
• Ensure smooth kitchen organisation during busy times.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working within a catering company (essential).
• Strong cooking skills and genuine passion for food.
• Experience managing a kitchen team.
