• Assist the Director, Culinary Services in overseeing daily kitchen operations and food preparation.
• Cook and present high-quality dishes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner service.
• Support the creation and execution of menus that cater to the diverse culinary preferences of our members, guests, and local community.
• Ensure all food is prepared to consistently high standards, maintaining taste, presentation, and quality.
• Supervise and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a team-oriented and professional work environment.
