Position Overview

The role:

  • Managing the day-to-day operation of the kitchen across a seven-day trading operation

  • Preparing and overseeing breakfast, lunch, evening meal and wood-fired pizza services

  • Creating staff rotas to ensure effective staffing levels and service delivery

  • Maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, consistency and cleanliness

  • Working closely with the Front of House Manager to deliver an exceptional customer experience

  • Developing seasonal specials and themed menus whilst reviewing menu performance and profitability

  • Preparing and cooking fresh food to a consistently high standard

  • Managing food ordering, supplier relationships and stock control
